Unless we know you, visiting is the only way to get anything from us except information because we don't do mail order and you can't click to make your order. Old fashioned perhaps but we are not mass-market and we haven't found a way to electronically wrap our service.

Go hands on - the instrument not just the mouse

Despite their largely machine produced origins, the materials used in guitar construction etc bring a different feel to each instrument. Players know this and it takes contact to know that the instrument is the right one for you responding to your style and making the amp work.

It is important to us that the right instrument goes into the right hands and we are pleased if players take their time choosing. Come to us for set-ups or repairs or just hang out and have a cup of coffee.

And we believe that it is vital that every instrument is set up to deliver the best performance it can. A beginner will lose a lifetime of pleasure if they are put off by an instrument which is more difficult to play than it need be. Experienced players will have their own set up preferences and our experience enables us to respond to these.
